This policy applies to all use of ivorywhisper.com, our accounts and communities, and any communication you send to the Ivory Whisper team. It supplements our Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, harmful or discriminatory purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, or another user's account.
• Scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract data, content, photography or pricing — automated or otherwise.
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or any material designed to disrupt the site.
• Use our brand, marks or photography to imply endorsement, partnership or counterfeit affiliation.
• Impersonate another person, including Ivory Whisper staff, customers or models.
• Send abusive, discriminatory or threatening messages to our customer care team or community.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service where we reasonably suspect:

• Bulk purchasing for unauthorised resale.
• Use of stolen payment instruments or coordinated fraud.
• Repeated wear-and-return abuse outside the spirit of our returns policy.

Breach of this policy may result in suspension of your account, refusal of future orders, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. We may also seek to recover losses caused by misuse.

If you become aware of any breach of this policy — including counterfeit Ivory Whisper goods being offered elsewhere — please report it to legal@ivorywhisper.com.
