All content on ivorywhisper.com — including photography, film, illustrations, text, garment patterns, packaging designs, the Ivory Whisper name, logo, monogram and product names — is owned by Ivory Whisper Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and design rights in the UK and internationally.

You may, for personal, non-commercial purposes:

• View, save and print pages for your own reference.
• Share product pages and journal entries via social media using the share controls provided.
• Post a single image of an Ivory Whisper piece you have purchased and own, with clear credit (@ivorywhisper).

• Reproducing our photography for editorial, retail, or advertising use without written permission.
• Using our images, name or marks to train machine-learning models or generative systems.
• Mirroring, scraping or republishing our catalogue, copy or pricing.
• Manufacturing, listing or selling counterfeit or "inspired by" goods that copy our patterns, marks or trade dress.

Models, fitters and collaborators photographed for Ivory Whisper have granted us specific usage rights for those images. You may not reuse imagery of identifiable individuals outside the permitted personal use above.
