By accessing or using ivorywhisper.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Ivory Whisper Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], VAT number [VAT NUMBER].

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We work hard to display our pieces accurately, but slight variations in colour, texture and hand-finishing are part of the craft. All prices are shown in your selected currency, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We may correct inadvertent pricing or description errors at any time before accepting your order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or we suspect fraud.

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments or our other authorised providers. You warrant that you are entitled to use the payment method provided.

Delivery, customs duties, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which form part of these Terms.

All content on this site — including photography, styling, copy, garment patterns, the Ivory Whisper name and marks — is owned by Ivory Whisper or licensed to us. See our IP & Imagery policy for permitted use.

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully, as set out in our Acceptable Use policy.

The site is provided "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.

Where permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

If you purchase as a consumer in the UK or EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save for consumers who may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
