Shipping Policy

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT on Friday or over the weekend are processed the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $250 (or local equivalent).

• United Kingdom — 1–2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked / DPD).
• Europe — 3–5 working days (DHL Express).
• United States & Canada — 3–5 working days (DHL / FedEx).
• Rest of world — 5–10 working days (DHL Express).

Delivery times are indicative and exclude customs delays, which are outside our control.

For the United Kingdom and European Union, prices include all applicable VAT and there is nothing further to pay on delivery (DDP — delivered duty paid).

For destinations outside the UK and EU, orders ship on a DDU basis (delivered duty unpaid). Local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are with the carrier. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or forwarding services for insurance reasons.

All parcels are tracked and insured to the value of the goods. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please contact care@ivorywhisper.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier within 1 working day.

Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery. You may authorise the carrier to leave the parcel without signature via the tracking link, but this is at your own risk.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Where we are unable to ship due to sanctions, carrier restrictions or local import rules, you will be notified at checkout.

Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are crafted to order. Allow 6–10 weeks for completion before dispatch. Your atelier contact will confirm timing at the consultation stage.
